With thoughts of the television documentary still imprinted in her mind, Sarah asked Jerry if some of the alcohol addiction signs they have been manifesting could be an indication that they are dependent on alcohol or conceivably becoming alcohol dependent. After they made a promise to one another that they would do whatever it takes to cope with the alcohol-related difficulties that had emerged in their lives, they truly had the most revitalizing night’s sleep they could recollect in the last four years.
Just before he fell asleep, Jerry turned to Sarah and observed how easy it is to lower one’s trepidation and in point of fact experience some serenity by coming to terms with one’s problems head-on and making up one’s mind to do something positive about them.
